Fresh British food from the field & the shore to the kitchen & the bar

With a long history of revitalising customers and providing respite for weary travellers and locals alike (since 1792), under the direction of Agostinho Faria, we are proud to be the next chapter in the story of The Livesey Arms.

Having undergone a total revamp lifting this ancient inn into the 21st century, renovations have included a state-of-the-art kitchen, more dining space and open fires for snug autumn evenings.

Agostinho has a wealth of experience in hospitality

Agostinho trained in Lille, France and has worked in numerous michelin star quality restaurants across the country. He has a passion for good quality food and service, his aim is for customers to experience something a little bit different and very special when they visit The Livesey Arms.

Originating from Portugal, having trained in France and with relatives in Italy and Spain Agostinho hopes to bring a touch of the continent to rural Lincolnshire!

We are now fully open again!

We are now open again for customers inside and out! We have risk assessed reopening and some of the measures we have implemented for everyone’s safety include a one way system, sanitising stations at all entry points, the legal requirement for all customers to wear facemasks unless seated and also for everyone to adhere to the requirement to ‘check in’ using the test and trace QR code. If you need any further information on the procedures we have in place please do not hesitate to give us a call. If you are thinking of dining with us please call ahead and book your table to ensure we can accommodate you safely.

Please look after yourselves and stay safe.

Thank you for your continued support.
