With a long history of revitalising customers and providing respite for weary travellers and locals alike (since 1792), under the direction of Rosie Dicker, we are proud to be the next chapter in the story of The Livesey Arms.

Having undergone a total revamp lifting this ancient inn into the 21st century, renovations have included a state-of-the-art kitchen, more dining space and open fires for snug autumn evenings.

A career dating back to the 70’s, establishing an enviable record of distinction in restaurant management from her days as a student of Cordon Bleu with Lynn Park at the Carafe in Market Rasen, The Angel in Wainfleet and Alfreds in Louth.

Winner of Lincolnshire Life Magazine, Taste of Excellence - Chef of the Year 2015, Rosie prides herself in sourcing the best ingredients cooked simply to create modern British food.
